Can I use the headphones for swimming?

The headphones are IPX7 rated so they can handle being submerged up to 1 meter (3.3 feet) for up to 30 minutes. However Bluetooth connectivity for all products is unreliable under water, it is possible but connectivity will drop in and out. We are working on future solutions to improve this.

Will the headphones fit if I have small ears?

The headphones come with 12 different ear tip options that allow you to find the perfect fit just for you.

How can I reset the earbuds?

Simple reset can be performed by placing the earbuds back in their charging case and delete the pairing history by going to your Bluetooth settings in your paired device and “forget paired device” on the “Dóttir Freedom On-Grid TWS”. And then go through the pairing set up again.

How can I perform a factory reset?

Place the earbuds back in their charging case and delete the pairing history by going to your Bluetooth settings in your paired device and “forget paired device” on the “Dóttir Freedom On-Grid TWS”. When the earbuds are in the charging case their LED lights should be blinking, at that point press and hold the multi function button on each earbud simultaneously for 5 seconds. The earbud LEDs will flash three times once factory reset has been successful. After 5 seconds the LED's will flash quick for 5 seconds while the earphones pair together. 

What should I check if my earbuds are Bluetooth connected but music is not streamed to the earbuds?

This is likely due to an incorrect pairing issue. Pair the headphones again or reset them.

What should I check if I can’t hear anything when using the earbuds?

This is likely due to an incorrect pairing issue. Pair the headphones again or reset them.

What should I check if I can’t pair the earbuds with my Bluetooth device?

Reset the headphones and try again. Often turning on and off Bluetooth on your device might help as well. Your headphones might also be paired with a different device, so you might have to unpair them with that device before you pair them with a new device.

What should I do if there is only sound on one side?

Pair the headphones again or reset them.
